1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Tracked Shipping on qualifying orders:
- United States, United Kingdom & most countries — free on orders of $29.99 USD or more.
- European Union — free on orders of $34.99 USD or more.
Orders below the applicable threshold are charged a small flat standard shipping fee ($3.99 USD; $4.99 USD for the European Union), shown at checkout before payment. Certain remote areas (for example, some French overseas territories) carry a $9.90 USD surcharge, also shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are professionally handled and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Since some of our products include custom-engineered enclosures and specialized modules, this processing time allows us to perform a final quality check before shipment.
- You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your order has been handed over to our carrier.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We ship directly from our fulfillment center in Dongguan/Shenzhen, China, the global hub for high-tech electronics. This allows us to provide the latest hardware versions with efficient logistics.

4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can monitor your package's journey through our website or via major global tracking platforms (e.g., 17track.net). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
🛡 European Union & United Kingdom — Import VAT included. VAT is already included in the price you pay at checkout. For the vast majority of orders, there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Please note: VAT-inclusive pricing applies within the standard low-value import thresholds (up to €150 for the EU; up to £135 for the UK). Orders above these thresholds, and shipments to all other countries, may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by the destination country's customs authority, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. To maintain our 1–3 business day dispatch goal, we process orders quickly. Please contact us immediately at support@pingequa.com if you need to correct your address before the item is shipped.
