14-Day Return Policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective.

Limited Hardware Warranty We offer a 6-Month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is NOT Covered: Due to the experimental nature of developer hardware, our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect wiring, overvoltage, or short circuits (e.g., applying 5V to a 3.3V GPIO pin).

• Bricked devices due to improper firmware flashing or third-party software modifications.

• Normal wear and tear on 3D-printed enclosures.

How to Claim Warranty: If you believe your item is defective out of the box, please contact us via the Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
