Quick Start
- Flash Bruce firmware from the official Bruce flasher.
- Connect the RF module to the M5StickC Plus using the intended connector/cable orientation.
- Restart the device after installation.
- For CC1101, open RF → CONFIG → RF MODULE and select CC1101.
- For NRF24, move the physical switch to 2.4 GHz mode if your board version uses a switch, then open a compatible NRF24 tool.
Firmware Note
If you see a CC1101 Not Found message, update to the latest Bruce build or latest beta. Some older firmware builds had SPI timing or power initialization issues on M5StickC hardware.
Troubleshooting
- Module not detected: check the cable orientation, firmware version, and RF module selection.
- Only one radio works: confirm the physical switch or software mode is set to the correct radio.
- Unstable behavior: restart the device after changing firmware or RF module settings.
