Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your destination, selected shipping method and local customs processing. Tracking information will be provided when your order is fulfilled.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. PINGEQUA supports international shipping where available. Delivery time and import requirements vary by country or region.
Are taxes or import duties included?
Taxes, VAT, customs duties or import fees depend on your shipping destination and local regulations. If additional charges apply, they are usually collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
Compatibility
Is the host device included?
No. Flipper Zero, M5Stack Cardputer, M5StickC and other host devices are not included unless the product page clearly says otherwise.
How do I know whether a module fits my device?
Please check the compatibility section on the product page and the related support guide before ordering. Some modules are designed only for a specific device version, such as Cardputer ADV, StickC Plus or Flipper Zero GPIO layouts.
What should I include when asking for compatibility help?
Please send the product model, your host device version, firmware version and clear photos of the connector or installation position.
Setup & Firmware
Where can I find setup guides?
Product-specific setup guides are available from the Support or Wiki pages. Many products require correct firmware, pin settings or app files before use.
Why is my RF module not detected?
Common causes include wrong firmware version, incorrect GPIO orientation, missing pin configuration, unsupported host device, wrong physical switch position or an app that uses fixed pin definitions.
Should I update firmware before testing?
In most cases, yes. For Bruce, Momentum or other compatible firmware environments, use a recent stable or recommended build. Some products may require a specific app file or configuration such as brucePins.conf.
Responsible Use
What are these products intended for?
PINGEQUA products are intended for authorized testing, learning, hardware development and lab research. Always follow local laws and only test systems, devices or networks you own or have permission to use.
Can I use these modules for unauthorized activity?
No. PINGEQUA does not support unauthorized access, interference, abuse or illegal use. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations.
